- ½ to ¾ pound each of Smoked Gouda, Asiago, Havarti Pepper, Sweet Swiss, and Calico.
- One 8 ounce jar of Wisconsin made Dill Mustard.

Asiago – Origin is Italy. Pungent flavor with soft, creamy texture. Melts well or shred for salads and soups.
Sweet Swiss – Baby Swiss style cheese, which is yellow with a slight sweet finish. A semi-soft cheese good for melting on sandwiches.
Calico – A bi-color soft cheese, marbled white and yellow in color. A good snacking cheese.
Smoked Gouda – Origin is Dutch. Smooth, firm texture. Rich and buttery. Natural hickory cold smoked process.
Pepper Havarti – Smooth buttery cheese with 60% red and 40% green Jalapeno peppers.
